What is The One Behind You?
The One Behind You is an intimate psychological horror experience designed to create sustained tension through close, personal interactions. Unlike traditional horror games that rely on jump scares, this game builds dread through quiet moments that turn uncomfortable fast.
As you navigate through the game, you'll encounter situations where every step matters, and small shifts in atmosphere can completely change the tone of your experience. The One Behind You works best when played slowly and attentively.
Dark corridors and confined spaces carry most of the tension, creating an atmosphere where you're never quite sure what's behind you — or what might be waiting just out of sight. You think you're escaping the basement. The twist: you are the psychopath.
